Turn up the heat on home cooking

It’s a Bram new year

I’m not a big kitchen gadget person, but I do love kitchen tools that make my life easier and food more delicious.  One of my favorite kitchen implements  is a big, black  La Chamba clay pot  for slow-cooking all kinds of hearty bean dishes like lentil soup and  feijoada,  the national dish of Brazil.
